Alle vervoer gebeurt volgens het verdrag betreffende de overeenkomst tot internationaal vervoer van goederen over de weg (CMR) bij internationaal transport dan wel de algemene vervoerscondities (AVC) bij nationaal transport. Voor alle voorwaarden geldt de laatst gedeponeerde c.q. geldige versie.”
